I figured, since I already translated the opening, I would do the same for the ending which was released for streaming just yesterday.  This was a bit trickier to do, so it may have some mistakes in phrasing.  I hope you enjoy this full version of Heat the Pig Liver's ED ひとりじゃないよ (I'm not Alone) by Myuk.

The heartbeats from my chest thumped strongly.

The warmth I felt was so far away it was practically imperceptible.

I chose the loneliness of being alone.

役に立たない日々

and on the nights I shed tears of frustration,
